Rhonda Bodendieck
Daycare/Boarding Manager
Rhonda started her journey in pet care by focusing on grooming and making pets look their best. Now, she’s taken on a role where she loves interacting with the dogs, spending time playing with them, and forming special connections.
Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her three children and her two dogs—a rescue Beagle mix and a Yorkie mix. In her free time, she loves family time, crafting, thrifting, and enjoying the outdoors through camping and boating.

Ava Burton
Daycare/Boarding Attendant
With several years of hands-on experience in animal rescue, Ava has been a dedicated rescue volunteer for 3 years and has fostered animals in need for over 8 years. Through fostering and volunteer work, she has gained valuable experience caring for dogs of all backgrounds while helping them transition into loving homes.
At home, Ava shares her life with four dogs—a Mini Poodle, Maltese mix, Shih Tzu, and Terrier mix—who keep her busy and constantly remind her why she loves working with animals. In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking, and horseback riding.
Sean Hagner
K9 Consulting Group - Dog Trainer
Sean is a U.S. military veteran who proudly served in both the Navy and the Army from 2005 to 2012. During his military career, he served as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) and a 37F Psychological Operations Specialist. His experiences in service fostered a deep respect for working dogs and the critical role they play alongside military personnel.
After transitioning to civilian life, Sean pursued his passion for canine training by completing both the Professional and Master Dog Training Programs at the Tom Rose School. Since then, he has developed extensive experience in obedience, detection, and apprehension training.
Today, Sean is the owner of K9 Consulting Group. Through his company, he is dedicated to elevating the standard of canine training while helping dogs and their owners build clarity, confidence, and control.
